BIOGRAPHY
Experience
William W. Moehle has practiced law in the Rochester area for over twenty five years. Prior to opening his private law office in 1992, he was a partner in the Rochester law firm of Underberg & Kessler.
He has also served as the Attorney for the Town of Brighton, New York since 1994. He has represented his clients in their work with government bodies at the local, state and federal levels.
He is primarily engaged in the practice of Business and Commercial Law, Commercial and Residential Real Estate Law, Estate Planning and Municipal Law. In the Rochester and Western New York region, he represents small and medium-sized businesses, and the owners of those businesses, in a variety of fields including Sports & Entertainment, High Technology, Construction, Medical, Engineering and other professional practices, and Real Estate.
Mr. Moehle also has extensive experience in representing businesses in their financing needs, including conventional financing, real estate finance and governmental finance programs, such as Industrial Development Bonds, and SBA financing.

Community Service
Mr. Moehle has served on the Board of Directors of charitable and business organizations in the Rochester area.
He has been a frequent speaker on topics relating to business and municipal law before the Monroe County Bar Association, the National Business Institute, the Rochester Professional Consultants Network and the New York State Association of Towns.
He has also served as Executive Vice Chairman and Counsel of the Monroe County Democratic Party.
